UN POSTRE QUE PARECE UNA PLANTA!
Un pequeño juego: el petit four está presente desde el principio del menú sin que el comensal sepa que se trata de algo comestible. La arena de cacao simula tierra, los caramelos abono químico y la cuchara un tutor. Llegada la hora de los cafés, se desvela el secreto y el objeto, que parecía meramente decorativo, se convierte en un manjar.
A PLANT-LOOKING DESSERT!
A little game: the petit four is present from the beggining of the menu but the guest doesn´t know that this is something edible. The cocoa sand pretends to be ground, the candy, chemical fertilizers and the spoon a tutor. At coffee time, the secret is revealed and the plant, which seemed merely decorative,suddenly becomes a delicacy.
